We are excited to invite you to a special event dedicated to raising funds for NextStep, a non-profit organization focused on bringing life-changing fitness services to people living with neurological conditions such as spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, stroke, cerebral palsy & multiple sclerosis. This incredible organization shares space with CrossFit Music City and plays a vital role helping individuals overcome physical challenges and regain their independence.
I’ll be leading you through a deeply relaxing sound bath along with Reiki energy healing delivered by Lauren DeYoe to help balance your mind, body & spirit. This soothing hour is designed to help you unwind & recharge, all while supporting a worthy cause.
Please bring a yoga mat & anything else you need to ensure your comfort during the session. Your participation in this event will directly benefit NextStep, as all proceeds go towards helping the organization continue its important work.
