I’ll be joined by Lauren DeYoe who will be delivering Reiki energy during this hour long sound healing journey. We’ll bring a unique combination of sound therapy and vibrational energy that bathes and massages the body in sustained waves of sound & frequencies bringing the body’s energetic balance into equilibrium. Sound affects the body at a cellular level and stimulates us to vibrate more coherently. As the sounds of singing bowls, frame drums, native flutes, gongs, vocal over-toning and other sacred instruments wash over you, it invites you to move into a deep meditative state. There the cellular vibrations can unlock unhealthy, stuck emotional tension held within our cellular memory, boost your immune system & cultivate a heightened awareness of your inner world and intuition. The healing sounds will envelop you, helping you feel more grounded & empowered. The only thing you need to do is lay back & relax. We’ll do the rest! 🙂
